Jordan Hotels Association participated on Tuesday, 30/1/2024, in the launch workshop of the “manual of health of employees working in food establishments” at the Jordan food and Drug administration.
The launch of the guide came to enhance awareness of the basics of Foodborne Disease Control and constitutes an important guiding reference for employees working in food establishments to guide and raise awareness of the best measures and bases for monitoring, controlling and managing foodborne illness cases with high efficiency to avoid their direct risks to food safety in accordance with the health practices related to food safety stipulated by the governing legislation, and to strengthen the food safety and food security system in the kingdom.
